We got Greta (formerly Erma) from Emmanuel and his family! They were such a pleasure to do business with. I had trouble walking away with just one pup! Greta is such a sweet and healthy girl. I’m so glad I made the trip out. I would come back in the future.
3 years ago we bought a female Bernedoodle from Christian. Lola has been the most wonderful and loving animal we have every experienced. We say she is our "room mate" not our pet. Everyone she comes in contact with falls in love with her. Once asked what breed she was I responded " oh her, she is an Attention hound!". Many thanks to the wonderful breeding and the delightful and professional way that Bernese Haven runs their business. I am writing to express my gratitude for Emanuel Glick. My husband and I fell in love with a Sheepadoodle on your website. We got in contact with Emanuel to come see the dog, as well as see the home where she was raised. We wanted to make sure our soon to be dog was raised right, well taken care of, ect. Let me tell you… what a warm family and home! Emanuel, his wife and his son (1 year old) greeted us immediately with open arms. They knew we weren’t ready to take her home with us that day so we set up a time a week later to come back. They answered any and all questions we had. When we choose which puppy we wanted to take home, they informed as she had a heart murmur, and they were more than happy to take her to the vet before handing her over. When they did, she was cleared of the murmur! I cannot say enough great things about Emanuel and his family. I keep wanting to find homes for our little girls siblings!! Thank you again Emanuel, we love her!!
We (and especially me) are madly in love with Sarge (we kept his name.) He has the most amazing personality. Playful, calm, obedient, so patient, kind and very tuned in to the emotions around him. He’s so sweet with our kids, and our cat. I am going to be training him to be a therapy dog and spread his joy around to those who could use some extra joy.

In 1986, (while I was being formed in my mothers womb) my dear brother had a near death experience. He had a lengthy recovery and through a series of events, the Glick Family was gifted a Bernese Mountain Dog. My brother named her Heidi.
Heidi was the first Bernese Mountain Dog in our area and she turned the heads and dropped the jaws of many people. I grew up hearing “What kind of dog is that?!?!” quite frequently.

So naturally my love for Berners runs deep. Our family quickly fell in love and my father was soon to purchase another Berner. So as one can imagine, growing up on a dairy farm with a few Bernese Mountain dogs on the loose and an occasional litter of the most beautiful, softest, cuddly little teddy bears you can ever imagine, went for some great childhood memories! Berners were quick to become my family’s mascot.
After I got married and we had our first child, (even though we do not live on a dairy farm) I knew that I want my children to grow up with animals. After discussing our situation, My wife and I decided that Berners is what it needs to be.In 2016 we purchased our first girl, and the rest is history!
